Lucy’s trip to Biggar Puppet Theatre: 13 May 2009

(In her own words, typed by mum).

There was a panda and a rabbit and first the rabbit came and he was hiding - no it was a monkey, and then the panda came and he was hiding and the monkey was trying to chase him but he was a really silly panda and it was bedtime but the silly panda couldn’t get to sleep and something was sticking to his hand and it was a doughnut and then it stuck to the monkey’s hand and then it stuck to the panda again and then it stuck to the monkey’s BUM!

But then the panda took it off and ate it and then his tooth fell out and he put it under his pillow but the tooth fairy didn’t put the money in under his pillow so he went to see it and there were all these other puppets who came and there was a magic leaf and it taken them to Fairyland and then we saw Mary Fairy Quite Contrary.

Then they went back on the leaf and went somewhere else.

In Mary’s garden two fairies put a ladder and a sign up.  These little pigs went up it.  I don’t remember how many it was.
