About Us

We are Nigel, Jan, Emily, Lucy & Georgie.

When we first met back in the late 80s, Snickers were still called Marathons, Opal Fruits hadn't yet been rechristened Starburst and Channel 5 hadn't yet been invented. "zeitgeist" wasn't yet the zeitgeist and we hadn't heard of pesto. We spent our time listening to music and dreaming of the day we would have lots of money. Our idea of a good time was spending a Bank Holiday Monday in Brighton and having eggy bread on a Sunday morning.

In the olden days

Nowadays we spend our time listening to music and dreaming of the day we will have furniture that doesn't come with an allen key. Our idea of a good time in going anywhere. (We still have eggy bread but now we call it 'french toast' and have it with blackcurrant coulis...).

The picture that currently appears in the top left corner of each page on the website shows us covered in paint after celebrating Holi - just one of the many occasions we love taking part in.
